We hope you absolutely love your purchase from POMMIE. However, in the event you are not satisfied you may exchange or return unworn items with original tags for store credit within 30 days. This measure is to ensure stability of our brands and designers, during these uncertain times.

We currently do not. However, we hope to expand in North America sometime next year with shipping to Canada. We are working on an international program that will allow for registered members to take advantage of all its benefits - including shipping.

In addition to our seasonal curations, we work closely with our designers to provide feedback on the styles customers want and need! Please bare in mind that our restocking may take a bit longer, as our brands don't do mass production and work towards a more sustainable process.

While we do currently have some unisex accessories we will be introducing menswear in the very near future! Make sure to sign up online to stay updated on launch dates and more!

All products will be shipped from California, where POMMIE is located. Your order delivery time will be dependent on the shipping method of choice.

You do not need an account to complete your purchase, but we do highly encourage it to keep track of orders, delivery, exchanges and wish lists. These lists allow us to work better with our buyers and designers in order to provide you the best shopping experience - and a wardrobe of your favorite styles all Made in Armenia.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make adjustments to orders placed. In the event you do need to make any changes, please contact us immediately and depending on the status of your order we will do our best to help.

All individual items with proceeds being donated are final sale, in order to support our initiative.
